Before You Call
A few things people usually want to know first.
Usually within a few days during the season, sooner in the shoulder months. Spring is our busiest stretch, so estimates in March and April can take a bit longer to schedule.
For maintenance work, not necessarily — we can walk the property and follow up with a written quote. For design, hardscape, or planting projects, it is much better if you are there so we can talk through what you actually want.
Maintenance clients get a fixed service day and a text if weather shifts it. Project clients get a start window and updates as the job progresses. You are dealing with the owner, not a call center.
