We treat a Plymouth estimate as a site-specific question rather than a town-wide one, because a property at White Horse Beach and a property off Long Pond Road have almost nothing in common.

The historic core near the waterfront has older housing on tighter lots, where period-appropriate planting and clean hardscape matter more than lawn area. Bluestone, granite, and restrained symmetrical plantings suit that architecture.
Distance is the honest constraint. Plymouth is a real drive from Whitman, so we group work here into set days rather than scattering single visits.
